Your December Timetable, Holiday Sessions, and Special Events


Ladies… here’s everything happening over Christmas and New Year so you can stay consistent, feel supported, and keep your routine steady through the festive period.


Festive Studio Closures


The studio will be closed for normal sessions on:


Thursday 25th December to Sunday 28th December

Thursday 1st January to Sunday 4th January


We still have plenty happening around these dates… so keep an eye out for our Workout With Us Sessions (in the studio or in JD).


During the closure days we’ll run a handful of Workout With Us sessions either inside the studio or over in JD.


Short, simple, join-in-with-us sessions… arranged with everyone who wants to keep training on those days.

Add your availability in the WhatsApp group or pop a thumbs-up when we mention what’s on.


Christmas Day Workout


Thursday 25th December – 10:30am

A fun, festive 30-minute AMRAP in the studio.

Wear pyjamas, jumpers, slippers… whatever feels cosy.

All fitness levels welcome.


Festive Fitness Event – With a Special Guest


Monday 30th December – 6pm


Mini workouts

Team challenges

A brilliant end-of-year atmosphere

Plus a mystery special guest coach


A fun way to finish the year feeling confident, connected, and strong.


Limited Festive Timetable


Wednesday 24th December to Sunday 4th January


You may not see all the usual timeslots available due to lower usage over the festive period.

If you’re struggling to get your sessions booked in with what’s showing on the app, please message me directly and I’ll make sure you’re sorted.


Dementia Scotland HIITathon – Charity Event


Sunday 28th December – 10:30am at JD Gyms


Approximately 2.5 hours of back-to-back HIIT:

HIITStep, HIITCircuit, HIITnRide, HIITCardio


All fitness levels welcome.

Move, sweat, and support an amazing cause.


What’s Coming?

Prep With Me – Kitchen Zoom Sessions (Sunday evenings… dates TBA)


To support your weight loss goals, we’ll go through the food side together… planning, prepping, and getting organised for the week ahead in a relaxed, supportive Zoom session.


New Equipment Coming to the Studio


Treadmills, a cable machine, and a Smith machine… and maybeeee even a leg press… are all being added to upgrade your training experience and give you even more variety in your sessions.


Full Timetable Returns – New and Improved


Monday 5th January


All group sessions, open gym, and your updated timetable begin.

Fresh structure… fresh energy… ready to build momentum.


January Timetable Tweaks


Joanne is away for the first three weeks of January.

A slightly adjusted timetable will run during that period.

Everything will be updated clearly on the app.
