At Interval Fitness Studio EK, you’re coached by real women who understand real life.
Our team isn’t made up of anonymous gym-floor trainers… we’re women who’ve been through our own fitness journeys, trained inside this studio, and now coach here because we believe in what it stands for.
Led by Lisa, owner and head coach, alongside Norma, Jennifer, and Joanne, our coaching team brings experience, empathy, and high standards to every session.
We coach women aged 30–65 through every stage of life… building strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive, female-only space.
No shouting. No judgement. No one-size-fits-all plans.

Lisa – Owner & Head Coach
Founder of Interval Fitness Studio EK. Lisa specialises in helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency through every stage of life… from perimenopause to post-menopause. Real coaching, real results, zero judgement.
Norma – Coach
Proof that strength has no age limit. Norma trains, coaches, and inspires women to lift heavier, move better, and believe in what their bodies are capable of… at any stage of life.
Jennifer – Coach
Supportive, encouraging, and quietly tough. Jennifer helps women feel confident in the gym, learn proper technique, and build strength without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.
Joanne – Yoga & Boxing Coach
Calm when you need it, powerful when you want it. Joanne teaches yoga and boxing, helping women build strength, mobility, confidence, and stress-relief… all in a supportive, female-only space.
