WELCOME

Hi there, welcome to my first newsletter. As I don't get the chance to speak to everyone altogether to let you know all the fun and exciting things that go on in the world of Interval Fitness, I have decided to make this newsletter to keep everybody up to date with our monthly activities and exciting forthcoming events, offers, client spotlight and more.



CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

Norma, most of you know her but if you don't yet you will soon... She is an integral part of my interval fitness family and an inspiration to all of us! Her drive, determination, and attitude are something I aspire to have myself.

I have worked with this incredible lady since my days at Puregym and have loved watching her skills, mindset & fitness grow over the years... whilst at the same time seeing her body and strength improve !!

I'm very excited to share with you my new branded clothing range that will be available this month... I wanted a slogan that highlights what you all do for each other!


The definition of the word elevate can be described in more ways than one, Firstly is to raise or lift something. Kinda describes those hefty weights you are all lifting!

Also raising one's skills, and mindset to a more impressive level.


I can see you all have done over the time I have had the pleasure to work with you.



FITNESS CHALLENGES


Previously we had a sledge challenge where it was to see who could move the heaviest weight on the sledge. This bit of kit was introduced to you all due to the benefits on

strengthening knees.

Everyone's effort was amazing, I have to say Andrew managed 387.5kg which is a spectacular achievement!







This month I set you all an abs Challenge to beat your best score and develop a good strong core. Did you manage to complete it?

You can start this at any time if you didn't give it a go this month as it's part of my online programs.



MYZONE CHALLENGE


This month's prize draw will take place Sunday 1st of May, Keep an eye on the myzone challenge page to see if you are a winner!

The winning team gets to select a gift from a bag of goodies this week.


MAY - MYZONE BINGO CHALLENGE

This Month's challenge is a little different... rather than our previous month with a MEPs points target, This one is a Bingo card with different activities so it will even out the playing field!

Cross off each activity once complete in order to be entered into the prize draw to win!

Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May 8am & 8pm so class times have been updated.


CLASSES

Hiitstep new times as of the 2nd May, please download the new timetable if you didn't pick it up from the gym last week.



PLAYTIME AT THE RIG

Circuit class with me and Marion, starting next week!

Thurs 6:30 pm PAYGO Bodyweight Training class (Calisthenics) so not your typical Circuit class!

Master moves such as Full press-ups, pull-ups, handstands... to name a few moves.

April we went along to Bubble football at Goals in Shawlands was a great success, so much fun. get involved in the next event as soon as possible!
