Service Description
A circuit training session using only your own body weight to build strength and endurance. This fast-paced class is designed to burn calories and improve functional fitness through a variety of targeted movements.

Cancellation Policy
Session Policy I understand that Lisa Goodwin (Interval Fitness) operates on a pre-booked/scheduled hourly appointment basis and that bookings must be completed by a Sunday 8 pm for the following week. If you need to cancel a booking, you would be required to provide 24 hours' notice. In the event I am given notice of a cancellation LESS than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, a deduction will still be made from your session balance, In the event I am unable to fill that slot with another paying client. In that instance, I will provide the option of a catch-up group session or even a follow-along home workout or a session plan you can complete yourself. I will also allow one initial free session in the event of late cancellation but it must be redeemed within 7 days of cancelling the previous session or shall be forfeited.
